Meeting Agendas will be posted 48 hours before a regular meeting. If a special meeting is called, the agenda will be posted 24 hours before the meeting. See Idaho Code Section 74 Chapter 2 (specifically 204) for more information.
Important Note Regarding Meeting Packets: While there is no statutory requirement to post City Council meeting packets, the City believes doing so encourages community engagement, helps educate the public about City business, and promotes transparency. The Clerk strives to post meeting packets by the end of the day on the Friday preceding a Monday Council meeting. However, there are occasions when documents are received after the initial posting and, therefore, may be added to the packet at a later time.
