  • Protects and preserves official city records.
  • Seals and attests to all official city documents.
  • Receives, processes and maintains records for all liquor licenses, firework stand licenses and miscellaneous licenses.
  • Certification of delinquent special assessments to Twin Falls County.
  • Human Resources Department
  • Publication of legal notices.
  • Customer Service​
  • Maintains the general ledger and manages accounts payable and payroll for all city departments.
  • Custodian of city revenues, which must be kept at the official place of deposit as provided by ordinance.
  • Investment of city funds upon resolution of the Council.
  • Publication of quarterly financial statements.
  • Coordinates the City's financial audit.
  • Filling the annual city street finance report with the State Controller's office.
  • Signing or authorizing checks, along with the Mayor, issued by the city to pay for goods and services.
