Adopt-A-Truck

The City of Buhl has a program available to city residents called the Adopt-A-Truck. Upon reservation with the utility billing office a city dump truck will be delivered, parked and locked at your residence. You can then load it with items you no longer want. Whether that be yard debris or household items all will be hauled away. Yard debris will be disposed of separately from household items. Please see below for charges.

For $25 per truck - Please separate loads

Concrete
Rocks
Straw bales
Dirt

Wood Debris
Trees
Leaves
Wood
Lumber - no large metal fasteners

For $25 per truck + $49.50 per ton

If items listed below are on the truck it will be dumped at the local transfer station and will be charged to you at $49.50 per ton.

Carpet
Pipe  - metal/plastic
Siding - metal/plastic

•  Appliances, tires and tires on rims are charged an additional fee on top of the $49.50 per ton.

•  Not allowed items: Asbestos shingles, paints, oils or anything burnt.
