Planning & Zoning Department
The Planning & Zoning Department helps guide Buhl's growth and development while supporting the community’s long-term goals. Projects are reviewed under the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Title 9 of the Buhl City Code to ensure they are safe, sustainable, and fit the character of the community.
Key Duties:
  • Enforce and maintain city zoning and land use regulations
  • Review land use applications and make recommendations to the Commission and City Council
  • Work with the public and developers to ensure projects meet city standards
  • Hold public hearings and resolve zoning complaints

Zoning Application Procedure
